American Legion Scholastic Award: One AS-III or AS-IV cadet. Rank in upper 10% of high school class and upper 25% of Aerospace Science class. Demonstrate leadership qualities and actively participate in constructive student activity.

American Legion General Military Excellence Award: One AS-III or AS-IV cadet. Be in upper 25% of the AFJROTC class and demonstrate outstanding qualities in military leadership, discipline, character, and citizenship.

Daughters of the American Revolution Award:One AS-IV cadet. Rank in the upper 25% of AFJROTC class and high school class. Demonstrate qualities of dependability and good character, adherence to military discipline, leadership ability and a fundamental and patriotic understanding of the importance of JROTC training.

American Veterans Award: One qualified cadet who possesses individual characteristics contributing to leadership and has obtained a grade of A in the aerospace science class. Good scholastic standing in all classes. Also has a positive attitude toward JROTC program and service in the Air Force, officer potential, and good scholastic grades.

The Military Order of World Wars Award: One AS-I cadet. Must excel in all military and scholastic aspects at the time of selection. Must indicate by military and scholastic grades, extra-curricular activities, and individual endeavors a desire to serve our nation and have committed to continue the aerospace science program for the school year.

The Retired Officers Association Award: Outstanding AS-III. Be a junior in good academic standing, be of high moral character, and show a high order of loyalty to the unit, school and country. Show exceptional potential for military leadership.

Veterans of Foreign Wars Award: Outstanding AS-III or AS-IV cadet. Must have a positive attitude toward AFJROTC, have outstanding military bearing and conduct. Must possess strong positive personal attributes, demonstrate patriotism and actively promote Americanism. Must demonstrate leadership potential and attain a grade of B or better in AFJROTC with an overall grade point average of C. Must be active in student activities and not have been a previous recipient of this award.

National Sojourners Award: Outstanding AS-II or AS-III cadet. Be in top 25% of the academic class. Encourage and demonstrate ideals of Americanism, demonstrate potential for outstanding leadership, and not have previously received the award.

Sons of the American Revolution: One AS-III cadet exhibiting a high degree of leadership, military bearing, and all-around excellence in aerospace science studies. Rank in the upper 10% of JROTC class and upper 50% of overall class.

Scottish Right Southern Jurisdiction Award: This award consists of a medal, ribbon, and certificate and usually recognizes an outstanding AS-III cadet. Contribute the most to encourage Americanism by participating in extracurricular activities or community projects. Demonstrate academic excellence by being in the top 25% of the class. Military Order of the Purple Heart: Outstanding AS-III or AS-IV cadet. Have a positive attitude toward AFJROTC and country. Hold a leadership position in the cadet corps and be active in school and community affairs, attain a grade of B or better in all subjects for the previous semester and not been a previous recipient of this award.

Air Force Sergeant Association: AS-III or -IV cadet who demonstrates outstanding qualities of leadership, discipline, character, and citizenship. Top 25% of AFJROTC class and have not previously received the award.

Tuskegee Airmen Inc. AFJROTC Cadet Award: This TAI sponsored award consists of a ribbon, and a certificate and is presented annually to two cadets. Cadets may be AS-I, AS-II, or AS-III cadets and must attain a grade of B or better in their AS class. Be in good academic standing. Actively participate in cadet corps activities. Participate in at least 50% of all unit service programs.

Outstanding Cadet Ribbon: Given to the outstanding AS-I, AS-II, AS-III, and AS-IV. Must be of high moral character, demonstrate positive personal attributes, display outstanding military potential, and attain academic and military excellence.

Leadership Ribbon: For outstanding performance in a position of leadership. Limited to 5% of eligible group.

Academic Ribbon: Awarded for academic excellence by attaining an A in AFJROTC and a grade point average of at least a B for one semester.

Outstanding Flight Ribbon: Flights selected each semester for having the highest combined academic and leadership grade of all flights.

Leadership School Ribbon: Completion of an approved summer leadership program for at least five days in duration.

Drill Competition Ribbon: Awarded to drill team members for placing in an Air Force or Joint Service drill meet.
